An annual service is suggested to keep your machine running at peak performance. (Nothing worse than waiting for it to break and not having it useable.)

Repairs are done on a first come first serve basis. Your machine will be placed in the queue and serviced in the order it was received. Additional time will be added for any parts that need to be procured.

You will need to bring your machine, foot controller, power cord, presser foot and correct bobbin.

Our hourly service rate is $80/hr plus cost of parts for general fixes. We also charge a $40 diagnostic fee for more complicated issues.

Fourbital Fixes was born from the need to service the machines here at Fourbital Factory. We wanted to share this service with our community however we are not an authorized service center for specific brands of machines.

No, we do not fulfill warranties.
